Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for legacy portfolio companies, delivering the introductions and resources required for their growth
Filter 5–10 inbound deals weekly. You will conduct first-round meetings to ensure only the most exceptional teams and products with a clear distribution advantage reach the Managing Partner
Draft investment memos and lead diligence for our selective annual investment cycle
Transform our CRM foundation into a high-functioning relationship management system for institutional and founder outreach
Bring value to the strategic connections within the Managing Partner’s network through introductions and insights
Distill data and insights from deal flow, industry news and research reports into a shareable format
Write thought leadership content and manage our offshore marketing team to amplify the firm’s mission
Ensure every commitment made in meetings is tracked and completed with precision
Project-manage new incubations with an entrepreneurial mindset
Identify strategic opportunities that place the firm’s expertise in front of key enterprise stakeholders
Attend 1–2 healthcare or age-tech conferences per quarter to expand our ecosystem
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in consulting (preferably healthcare), early-stage ops, project management, or strategic communications
You thrive in ambiguity and prefer building the plan to simply following one
You don't just 'network'; you build relationships that create tangible value for multiple stakeholders
You have a genuine, demonstrable interest in improving the lives of older adults and the healthcare landscape
You prefer operating over pure analysis
Experience 'ghost-writing' for executives, public figures, or platform-led brands
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
