Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture and design for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Design and document end-to-end architectures across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
Provide technical leadership to developers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance models
Support integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures
Participate in design reviews, technical decision-making, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Program Management teams onsite
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years on the Salesforce platform
Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or Technical Architect
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus)
Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing & security, integrations, and automation
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred), and external integrations
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Salesforce Architect-level certifications preferred (Application Architect / System Architect)
