Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the People Systems and Talent Acquisition teams to assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support during the project launch
You will help ensure all recruiting workflows and processes are running smoothly and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period
You will partner with People Systems, HR, and IT to support system users, answer questions, document issues, and help with process improvements as needed
You will also play a key role in testing and validating recruiting workflows to ensure a smooth transition to Workday
Qualification
Required
Experience with Workday Recruiting implementation
Ability to assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support
Experience in ensuring recruiting workflows and processes run smoothly
Ability to resolve issues during the go-live period
Experience partnering with People Systems, HR, and IT
Ability to support system users and answer questions
Experience documenting issues and helping with process improvements
Ability to test and validate recruiting workflows
