NEOGOV is seeking a dedicated Training and Recruitment Coordinator for the Wyoming WIC Program. This role is essential for ensuring that employees have the necessary training and resources to deliver effective services and maintain compliance with federal standards.

Responsibilities

Maintains and implements comprehensive onboarding processes and checklists for all local agency roles
Develops training strategies, conducts statewide needs analyses, and explores innovative delivery methods, including online modules and video tutorials
Oversees the WIC Help Desk, providing technical troubleshooting and documenting recurring issues
Acts as a subject matter expert for program systems (MIS, Participant Portal) and leads User Acceptance Testing
Initiates and tracks recruitment documentation, coordinates activities with HR and hiring managers, and assists clinic supervisors with applicant screening and reference checks
Develops electronic publications and manages program-level social media to communicate agency accomplishments and support participant recruitment
Participates in program evaluations and quality improvement workgroups
Monitors new hire progress and evaluates the effectiveness of training materials to enhance learning outcomes

Required

Bachelor's Degree (typically in Education)
0-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Education or Instruction) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Instructor II
4-6 years of progressive work experience (typically in Education or Instruction) with acquired knowledge at the level of an Instructor II

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Public/Health Administration, or Communications
1–2 years of progressive work experience in Health Programs
