Regional Sales Manager - Midwest Region

Omega Heavy Duty is the largest supplier of heavy-duty HVAC and engine cooling products in North America, and they are seeking an energetic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for executing the channel’s sales strategy, growing revenue, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver Results: Consistently achieve or exceed territory sales and margin goals
Customer Growth: Prospect and win new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers
Sales Execution: Implement product launches, promotions, and sales programs effectively within the territory
Market Insights: Share customer feedback and market intelligence with leadership to inform strategy
Disciplined Sales Process: Maintain structured call cycles, accurate CRM documentation, and organized territory management
Customer Support Alignment: Partner with Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Call Center teams to ensure customers receive outstanding support

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in sales or business development, in B2B, automotive/trucking, or parts distribution
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of heavy-duty parts, commercial vehicles, or fleet services
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region, plus occasional national travel for events and trade shows

Preferred

Experience working with warehouse distributors and/or truck dealerships is strongly preferred
Ability to develop innovative sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions
Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement, with an eye on emerging industry trends
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action
A collaborative mindset, focused on teamwork, learning, and developing both people and processes
