Oversee all aspects of the used vehicle operation, including inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and profitability
Source and acquire pre-owned inventory that meets Porsche and luxury brand standards
Manage appraisals, trade-ins, and wholesale strategies
Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Analyze market trends and performance metrics to maximize gross and turn
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Used Car Manager at a luxury automotive brand is required
Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
Track record of driving profitability and managing high-end inventory
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preferred
Porsche experience strongly preferred
Sales Management Experience Preferred
Knowledge of Pre Owned Market
Team Player
Finance & Insurance Experience
Understanding of Federal, State and Local Regulations
