Account Manager
RGA Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager who will play a critical role in cultivating strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and key contributor to the company’s growth by managing client accounts effectively.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all client touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, providing clear, consistent communication
Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross‑selling
Resolve client issues promptly by partnering with internal teams
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, forecast needs, and uncover new opportunities
Maintain detailed account plans that outline goals, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams on new product development and enhancements
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure needs are addressed quickly and accurately
Collect and analyze client data to identify trends and evolving requirements
Prepare progress and performance reports for clients and senior leadership
Partner with sales to identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and client records to support account health
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships
Experience developing account plans and managing complex customer needs
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
Comfortable working both independently and within a team‑oriented environment
Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with client data
