Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to all company and site Validation policies and procedures
Ensure all installed equipment and executed work are safe, effective, and compliant with industry standards
Maintain accurate, current validation and project documentation
Lead and/or support the development of validation and qualification protocols for:
Process
Cleaning
Equipment
Computer software
Facilities
Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and internal/external project teams to support successful qualification execution
Obtain protocol approvals from:
User groups (operations perspective)
Quality (regulatory compliance perspective)
Lead execution of qualification and re-qualification protocols as required
Maintain and update the qualification document listing for all qualified equipment on site
Ensure all qualification documentation remains current and compliant
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues encountered during qualification activities
Assist external qualification personnel during major validation projects
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Validation Manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in process validation
Experience with validation of processes, equipment, cleaning, software, or facilities
Strong understanding of validation documentation and regulatory expectations
Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical validation issues
