Union Bank & Trust is seeking a Part Time Appraisal Assistant to assist with real estate appraisal and valuation functions. The role involves data entry, monitoring appraisal orders, and collaborating with Appraisal Analysts to support the appraisal process.

Responsibilities

Enter data for in-house residential loan appraisal orders into appraisal management software

Monitor appraisal management software for status of in-house residential appraisal orders

Monitor status of wholesale loan appraisal orders in the evaluation and appraisal queue

Gather data online and from searching internal databases to support report completion for Appraisal Analysts

Complete database maintenance tasks in the wholesale appraisal queue

Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Collaborate with Appraisal Analysts in creation of tracking spreadsheets/database for logging comparables on unique property types

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job

Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. Complete compliance training: follow internal processes and controls as required

Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with steps defined in bank policies
