Responsibilities
Use documented work instructions and manufacturing execution systems for receiving parts
Assignments and processes are moderately difficult and operate multiple Powered Industrial Vehicles to load materials/finished product
Assemble product, deliver material to the production area, pick up waste, and deliver finished product on a scheduled basis following a set route
May also assist with changeover, provide tools and materials, and give any additional help needed to maintain standard work and keep the flow going
May also place reorder requests for floor stock and bulk materials
Review documentation and uses SAP/external systems to prioritize material and finished goods to support production and shipping processes
Provide documentation support, materials administration and process support
Overtime is an essential function of this position which typically requires 8+ hours of overtime/week. Actual overtime hours may vary
Qualification
Required
A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of verified related experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Read and understanding written instructions and schematics
Use a computer to view, log, or find appropriate job related information
Work In a team environment
Use Powered industrial vehicles, scanning devices and other material handling equipment
Use tools and equipment including hammers, cutters for wood, cardboard and plastics, forklifts and other motorized equipment
Preferred
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
