Veterinary Client Service Representative

They are seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative who will greet clients, manage appointments, and educate clients on pet health, all while creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
Answer multi-line phone system
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Schedule appointments
Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately
Ensure the lobby is clean and organized
Educate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet health
Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in every client interaction, reinforcing trust and the human-animal bond
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using computers and veterinary software
Compassionate and professional demeanor with clients and pets
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day
Must be comfortable working in an environment with animals of all sizes, including exposure to noise, odors, and pet dander
Preferred
AAS or higher
