Responsibilities
Serve as ProVal’s subject matter expert on the Kaseya ecosystem, including best practices, configuration standards, and roadmap awareness
Lead implementation and optimization projects for MSP clients using Kaseya tools
Design, deploy, and support solutions across products such as: Kaseya VSA, BMS, IT Glue, RocketCyber, Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 suite (as applicable)
Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex client environments
Develop documentation, SOPs, and repeatable implementation frameworks
Collaborate with automation teams to integrate Kaseya workflows with platforms like Rewst and custom API solutions
Conduct client training sessions, technical workshops, and ongoing advisory support
Consult and collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and integration providers to align delivery standards and maximize client outcomes
Stay current on Kaseya product updates and MSP industry trends
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of hands-on experience with Kaseya products in an MSP or consulting environment
Deep expertise in at least two major Kaseya platforms (VSA, BMS, IT Glue, Datto, RocketCyber, etc.)
Strong understanding of MSP operations including service desk workflows, endpoint management, and documentation
Experience with integrations, scripting, and automation within Kaseya tools
Excellent client and partner facing communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Experience working in an MSP or implementation partner role
Familiarity with Rewst, Power Automate, or other MSP automation platforms
Knowledge of PSA and RMM ecosystems beyond Kaseya
Relevant certifications (Kaseya Certified Professional or similar)
Background in cybersecurity tooling and best practices
