Responsibilities

Processing consumer loan and mortgage servicing requests such as payoffs, file reviews, loan modifications, payments, and escrow disbursements
Maintaining accurate loan documentation and handling lien perfection, releases, and satisfactions
Administering escrow accounts for taxes, insurance, PMI, and flood monitoring, including analysis and annual statements
Supporting investor servicing by processing ACH and wire transactions, handling investor reporting, and ensuring timely remittances for MPF/FHLB and Freddie Mac loans
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and internal policies
Researching and resolving loan-related issues to provide superior internal and external customer service
Cross-training with team members to support broader loan servicing functions and strengthen departmental effectiveness

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
0-2 years of previously related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Providing excellent customer service and effective communication (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and comfort with technology systems
Applying basic math skills to loan servicing tasks
Identifying and resolving problems with accuracy and efficiency
Understanding consumer loans, residential mortgages, and related regulatory requirements
