Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
Prepare and support payroll runs, including data entry, time and payroll inputs, and transaction processing
Resolve employee payroll inquiries and system-wide payroll issues through ticketing systems and escalations
Manage onsite payroll-related mail sorting and processing
Assist with treasury and garnishment-related issues as assigned
Support vendor audits by reviewing payroll data and ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Participate in payroll projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery
Deliver high-quality customer service to employees and internal departments
Review audit results, identify discrepancies, and support corrective actions
Evaluate payroll procedures and systems and recommend process improvements
May provide payroll training or guidance to internal clients and team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of relevant payroll or HR operations experience
Working knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and record management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical and customer service skills with attention to detail
