Human Resources Business Partner
RemyCorporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to manage and resolve employee relations issues while providing expert guidance on HR policies and employment law. The role involves partnering with leadership to support organizational development and overseeing performance management processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Partner with leadership to support organizational development, workforce planning, and team dynamics
Oversee performance management processes and coach managers through difficult conversations
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address hostile work environment concerns
Support HR initiatives like onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 in an HRBP role
5+ years of experience in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly in areas related to workplace investigations and hostile work environments
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
