Market Growth Coordinator
Zirc Dental Products is a leader in the dental industry, dedicated to making dental teams safe, happy, and efficient. The Market Growth Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth sales initiatives and effective project management.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the Director of Market Growth: calendar coordination, meeting prep, agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking
Maintain strong rhythm and visibility across sales initiatives (dealer programs, group accounts, launches, promotions, training, events)
Build and manage project trackers for priority initiatives; ensure deadlines, owners, and next steps are clear
Draft and format internal/external communications (emails, summaries, program outlines, presentation slides)
Assist with sales reporting and basic analysis: sales activity updates, program performance tracking, and trend summaries
Maintain CRM hygiene support as needed (creating records, updating notes, ensuring key fields are complete, pulling reports)
Coordinate the collection of dealer/customer information (contacts, program details, requirements, pricing/chargeback documentation, etc.)
Support creation and maintenance of standardized tools (templates, trackers, playbooks, onboarding packets)
Partner with Marketing to coordinate campaigns, dealer communications, collateral requests, and event support
Partner with Customer Service / Operations to assist with program execution (samples, shipments, product availability, issue resolution follow-up)
Assist with training logistics and documentation (webinars, dealer trainings, internal training sessions)
Assist with planning and logistics for trade shows, customer visits, dealer meetings, and presentations (registrations, schedules, materials)
Support customer engagement workflows (scheduling virtual meetings, follow-up materials, notes and next steps)
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management and as defined in quality system processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, administrative/project coordination, or a similar role
Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to type accurately and proficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
Demonstrated strength in coordination and stakeholder management
Commitment to continuous process improvement
Positive, service-oriented team approach
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field
Experience with CRM tools (Active Campaign, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar)
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or dental industry environments
Comfortable working with basic metrics, reporting, and process improvement
