Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a small, distributed engineering team
Balance hands-on development with people and technical leadership
Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Work closely with Product, UX, and other engineering stakeholders
Hands-on development with React (must-have) and close collaboration on a PHP-based backend (nice-to-have)
Drive improvements in testability and automated testing across the system
Contribute to and help finalize the WebPros Dashboard integration
Drive security best practices across frontend and backend development, coordinating vulnerability remediation and embedding security checks into CI/CD workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience with React (required)
Experience in a Team Lead or Senior Engineer role with leadership responsibilities
Solid understanding of test strategies and testable frontend architectures
Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
Fluent in English
Comfortable working in a remote-first setup within Europe
Preferred
Interest in or experience with PHP backend systems (clear plus, not required)
Experience with monitoring, infrastructure, or server-related products
Familiarity with CI/CD and modern development workflows
Experience working on established, production-critical systems
