Required

Strong Operations and Strategic Planning skills for optimizing processes and steering organizational direction
Experience in Sales and building industry partnerships to expand the center's impact and influence
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, collaborate effectively with academic and industry leaders, and implement innovative solutions
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successful executive-level decision-making
Master's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field
Preferred
PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience in the energy or sustainability sector is highly desirable
