Support Franciscan Olympia Fields facility operations and HR initiatives, reporting directly to the Regional HR Director
Partner with facility leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational priorities
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Illinois and federal employment laws
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives at the facility
Assist with training, development, and career growth programs for employees
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, programs, and policies
Apply critical thinking and resolution-oriented problem-solving to HR challenges
Serve as a trusted advisor to facility leadership and cross-functional teams
Ability to travel
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field
4 year's recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail
Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to travel required
Preferred
PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred
