Responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Collaboration Tools — including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
Create, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track program performance, milestones, and dependencies
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and validate technical inputs for proposals and program planning
Coordinate with Pricing and Sourcing teams to remove roadblocks, ensure timely completion of RFP requirements, and validate cost assumptions
Facilitate cross project coordination to ensure alignment of activities, deliverables, and shared resources
Develop and monitor program control elements, including schedules, budgets, deadlines, and work assignments
Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to support program execution and maintain contract compliance
Resolve elevated scope or integration issues by engaging cross functional stakeholders and identifying viable corrective actions
Lead compliance matrix review sessions to ensure proposal deliverables fully align with customer requirements
Support Commercial Item Justification (CIJ) activities by analyzing RFP requirements and ensuring documentation completeness
Work with the Pricing team to validate Bill of Materials (BOM) content, accuracy, and completeness for final proposal submission
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
May require a Project Management certification
Typically requires 2–4 years of related experience
