Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Manage project budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and governance standards
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality
Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory standards
Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in IT project management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Proven experience managing large-scale or complex IT projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar)
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience working in multi-vendor or enterprise environments
Exposure to digital transformation, application development, or infrastructure projects
