Responsibilities
Conduct social media industry research, research of specific situations and how companies handled them, as well as background research on the firm’s clients or their competitors
Participate in conference calls and weekly team meetings
Learn our monitoring platforms to help clients optimize content
Help to develop, script, and produce digital content, including videos, vlogs, webinars, and presentations
Craft, edit, and make content recommendations on client social posts and advertising campaigns
Work with client teams on latest market trends
Case studies and development of digital best practices
Qualification
Required
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong knowledge on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc
Proficiency with office applications (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to take verbal direction rapidly and accurately
The ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks
The ability to learn quickly under time pressure
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work well in teams
