Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events to drive engagement and innovation
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Collect and interpret data to support decision-making and measure project outcomes
Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables for improvement initiatives
Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable results
Educate employees on continuous improvement principles and tools
Mentor team members to build internal capability for process improvement
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and results to stakeholders
Maintain documentation of process changes and improvement activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
3+ years in process improvement, operations, or related roles
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency with data analysis tools and project management software
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Familiarity with RASI/RASIC charts
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
Project Management Professional (PMP)
