Responsibilities
Pitching creative concepts across multiple platforms
Briefing creative team (Producers, copywriters, graphic designers and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end
Understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high-impact, data-driven variations
Working creatively and analytically in a fast growing business
Feedbacking the team
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate in market research projects
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with digital media campaigns
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Understanding of key social media trends
Understanding of key social media performance metrics
Managing and dealing with external suppliers
Strong attention to detail
Experience in organizing work efforts across teams
Ability to work cross-culturally
Ability to work in a virtual work environment
Preferred
background in B2C marketing
