Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business and technology strategies
Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions by analyzing organizational needs, trends, and emerging best practices
Oversee system implementations and conduct post-implementation reviews and audits to ensure project objectives are met
Ensure adherence to information security, disaster recovery, and backup standards across all technology initiatives
Develop and manage project budgets, forecast resource requirements, track expenditures, and address variances
Identify project risks and issues early, implementing mitigation strategies and corrective actions as needed
Establish and enforce project governance, quality standards, and documentation practices
Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or enterprise system implementations
Strong background collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
