The role involves servicing home buyers and sellers, managing leads, and participating in team activities, all while benefiting from comprehensive coaching and support.

Responsibilities
Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level
Work effectively with team and mentors
Study and know local market statistics daily
Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting
Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion
Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy and passionate about working with and helping others
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always
Goal-oriented and high-achieving- a sales or high-level customer service background is a plus!
