Manager, Compliance (Hybrid -Acton, MA)

Responsibilities
Support the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan
Assist in managing the Compliance Hotline and responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating, initiating, or recommending investigative procedures
Assist in conducting compliance risk assessment activities, gathering information, evaluating potential risks, and supporting corrective action planning
Assist with compliance training content, communication plans, and delivery to employees and business partners
Prepare routine compliance metrics, dashboards, and status updates for management
Provide day-to-day guidance to business partners regarding compliance policies, procedures, and expectations
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Legal, IT, Privacy, and business functions to support operational compliance
Help maintain compliance tools and systems (e.g., HCP Engagement & Conflict of Interest platforms, SharePoint resources)
Support data collection and validation for Open Payments (Sunshine Act) reporting
Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related questions from employees
Stay informed about relevant compliance updates and best practices within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries
Support special projects and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the compliance program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5–7+ years of experience in Compliance within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of compliance best practices within healthcare or life sciences
Solid business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with AdvaMed/PhRMA Codes, HIPAA, OIG Compliance Program Guidance, and relevant healthcare regulations such as the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CHC, CCEP) is a plus
