Responsibilities

Assist with processing vendor invoices in Bill.com
Help set up new vendors and collect required tax forms (W-9s)
Track invoice approvals and follow up with internal teams as needed
Code expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts with guidance
Review corporate credit card transactions and flag any coding or policy questions
Help prepare and send customer invoices in QuickBooks Online
Maintain payment tracking spreadsheets and update status regularly
Assist with payment follow-up communications
Match incoming payments to open invoices
Support day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including transaction recording and account maintenance

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or recent graduate
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and ability to take direction
