Technical Customer Service
PDS is seeking an Onsite Client Support Associate to join their collaborative IT team. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for IT-related needs, supporting both onsite and remote employees, and managing daily support tickets to ensure smooth operation of technology at the site.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop, laptop, and printer support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network-related issues
Install and configure software, drivers, and updates
Support employee onboarding, including issuing and configuring laptops
Manage 10–60+ daily tickets through internal chat-based ticketing systems
Support both onsite and remote employees
Monitor and maintain equipment; identify issues and perform corrective actions
Represent the IT department professionally as the onsite point of contact
Qualification
Required
2+ years of IT support experience (hardware builds, imaging, troubleshooting)
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Experience with printer support
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
VPN troubleshooting experience
IT certifications or degree (preferred, not required)
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and MS Office
