Sr. FP&A Analyst - Opex
Magnit Global is a leading company in workforce management, offering a holistic platform for the modern workforce. The Senior FP&A Analyst – OPEX will manage and analyze operating expenses, partnering with functional leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Manage key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, performance reporting, and others
Reporting & Analysis about P&L statement analysis, variance to budget / forecast, market / industry updates, and others
Present business performance insights into senior leadership, highlighting key risks, opportunities, market/industry trends
Partner with Sales Ops and HR to administer and optimize commission and variable compensation programs, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and alignment with business goals
Architect monthly & quarterly business performance analysis (MD&A)
Provide support with preparation of C-suite and board level reports and summaries
Serve as a key business partner to key stakeholders engaged in the transformation of PRO’s business
Enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to streamline FP&A processes
Support and lead ad hoc projects to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and define improvements to drive additional value for PRO
Detail orientated, with ownership and accountability for integrity of reports
Acting as a team player within Finance and across the organization is an essential trait that is necessary for success in the position
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field
3-7 years of experience in FP&A/Corporate Finance / Strategic Planning / Analytics
Strong understanding of OPEX, P&L management, and cost drivers
Quantitative aptitude and experience in building scalable solutions and processes to solve problems, strengthen internal controls, provide scalability, and increase quality
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Anaplan, or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders. Consistent success and career progression
Familiarity and experience interacting and communicating with C-Suite & Executive leadership
