Responsibilities
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity
Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
Expected to build Knowledge and support the team
Participate in Problem Solving discussions
Expert proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required
Advanced level of proficiency in Test Automation Framework is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy, Automation Testing Tools, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is suggested
Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance overall testing efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing processes seamlessly
Analyze and optimize test automation frameworks for improved performance
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on test automation best practices
Support client in refining and implementing of test automation framework and tools
Lead/coach/coordinate a team of test engineers to jointly maximize the value add to the client organization
Automate the process of placing orders and collecting evidence using test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium
Manually place orders, collect screenshots, and gather other evidence artifacts
Support the coordination of UAT activities across multiple teams
Create UAT test scripts and outline customer journey steps
Assist in identifying critical vs. non-critical test cases
Support the training of business teams on UAT test cases
Execute UAT test scripts and document results
Capture and prioritize feedback from stakeholders
Qualification
Required

Expert proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required
Advanced level of proficiency in Test Automation Framework is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Test Automation Strategy, Automation Testing Tools, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is suggested
Strong ability to follow technical instructions and navigate around roadblocks
Strong sense of ownership, proactive way of working, and strong communication
Ability to operate in fast paced, sometime ambiguous environments Strongly preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, CloudShell, Curl, Step Functions, State Machines)
Experience in Ecommerce, Telecom, or Internet service provider industries
