Responsibilities
Source candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate compatibility
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment advertisements
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
