VP Business Sales
Women in Climate Finance is seeking a Vice President of Business Sales to lead their sales strategy and team. This executive role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market share.

Responsibilities
Develop medium-to-long-term sales strategies, revenue targets, and market expansion plans
Break down annual/quarterly sales targets and drive their implementation
Establish a sustainable customer growth engine to drive scalable revenue growth
Responsible for the development and maintenance of key accounts, strategic accounts, and KA customers
Participate in major customer negotiations, contract signing, and pricing strategy development
Build a high-value customer relationship network to increase customer lifetime value (LTV)
Build and manage national/regional sales teams
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate sales talent
Establish sales processes, CRM systems, and performance evaluation mechanisms
Develop agents, distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners
Design channel policies, commission systems, and cooperation incentive programs
Monitor channel sales performance and optimize cooperation models
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize product pricing and sales strategies
Provide customer feedback to drive product optimization and solution upgrades
Participate in brand promotion, marketing activities, and industry collaborations
Establish a sales forecasting system to ensure predictable revenue
Analyze sales data (Pipeline, Win Rate, CAC, ARPU, LTV)
Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and collection efficiency
Manage contract risks, accounts receivable, and collection cycles
Ensure compliance with sales processes to avoid legal and credit risks
Handle major customer complaints and business disputes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
20+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
5+ years of sales management or executive experience
Strong performance orientation and business acumen
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Strategic sales planning and execution capabilities
Data analysis and sales forecasting abilities
Team leadership and talent development skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to high-target environments
Preferred
Experience in key account sales, channel sales, or cross-regional sales
