Associate Director - E&C and Legal Training and Messaging

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of training solutions for prioritized legal, compliance, and integrated risk management topics
Develop training and communication plans to support the implementation of identified legal, compliance, and integrated risk management initiatives
Design and develop microlearning modules tailored to audience segments, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with organizational learning objectives
Identify simple and creative ways to communicate key messages in a coordinated manner, including support of enterprise-wide communication campaigns, as needed
Analyze available metrics and learner data to assess effectiveness to improve legal and compliance training and communications
Develop and implement OCM strategies for legal and compliance initiatives
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business objectives
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and success measures
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
Actively contribute to a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
Influence business partners and leadership to adopt optimal learning approaches
Embrace feedback and promote continuous learning to strengthen organizational resilience and adaptability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry
2+ years of experience in training & awareness, communications, and/or Organizational Change Management roles
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role
Preferred
Strong understanding of legal operations and/or compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder leadership skills
Ability to translate sophisticated legal and compliance concepts into clear, actionable communications
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience managing complex, high profile projects
Understand and able to apply adult learning principles
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, try new ideas, and apply learnings
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Ability to form and maintain excellent cross-functional working relationships
