Responsibilities
Oversee overnight order selection, merge, staging, and loading for dry and temperature-sensitive products
Direct and coordinate full order cycle execution to drive accuracy, speed, and on-time departures
Optimize routing and workflows to improve productivity and reduce errors and rework
Recruit, train, schedule, and retain overnight warehouse staff
Manage labor planning and control labor cost, including overtime and staffing levels
Analyze operational budgets and shipment flows and adjust plans to hit service and cost targets
Maintain a safe, disciplined, high-accountability operation that meets daily volume demands
Qualification
Required
3+ years of warehouse leadership experience in distribution, foodservice, grocery, or similar high-volume environments
Experience running order selection, staging, and load operations (temperature-controlled product experience is a big plus)
Proven ability to hire, train, and lead teams on an overnight shift
Strong labor planning skills, including overtime management and productivity expectations
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment (accuracy, throughput, on-time performance)
Strong communication, urgency, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Hands-on warehouse leadership experience (overnight operations strongly preferred)
