Senior Account Executive
SBH Fashion is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth with their existing private label account, specifically with Dillard’s, and to expand market presence through strong relationships with other retailers. The role involves developing sales strategies, collaborating with management, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales performance.
Responsibilities
Responsible for management of assigned key Private Label account, specifically Dillard's
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue generation and market share within the fashion wholesale sector, with a specific focus on strengthening our current business as well as acquiring new accounts
Collaborate with Buyers/DMM and Sr. Management to define and execute creative strategies and identify opportunities to drive sales and protect profitability
Execute against monthly targets identified and agreed upon by management
Collect, analyze, and report in weekly selling, in addition to, monthly and year- end
Manage market prep and appointments as well as internal and external follow- up
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and drive cohesive execution
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track sales performance, evaluate ROI, and inform strategic decision-making, continuously optimizing sales processes and tactics
Conduct store visits, product knowledge seminars, as well as provide competitive analysis to maintain awareness of the marketplace and to influence strategy
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation
Drive a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in wholesale sales of women's RTW. Must have experience working with Dillard's specifically
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the fashion wholesale industry, with demonstrable experience in cultivating and managing relationships
Strong network of contacts with retailers and have a deep understanding of their business model, processes, and requirements
Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving continuous improvement
High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
Willingness to travel as needed
