This role focuses on purchasing and coordinating IT hardware for clients while working closely with vendors, internal teams, and customers.

Responsibilities
Purchase IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, servers, printers, networking gear, cabling, and accessories
Create, enter, and manage purchase orders in the system
Place orders, track shipments, and resolve vendor issues
Maintain records for purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and basic inventory
Assist with returns and RMAs as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT purchasing, procurement, or a related role
Prior MSP experience is a strong plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a customer-facing role
Strong administrative and follow-through skills
Preferred
Experience with ConnectWise or similar systems (Autotask, Halo, etc.)
