Entry, Mid LevelD-Best Technologies is seeking an IT Support & Systems Implementation Specialist for a manufacturing facility in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves providing technical support, assisting with system implementations, and ensuring smooth technology operations within the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for end users
Serve as the internal point of contact for all technical matters, coordinating with external IT providers and vendors
Support basic network functions, user accounts, and access controls
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Assist in rolling out and configuring new software systems
Serve as a power user for the company's ERP (open-source platform) and core business applications
Build basic reports and queries within business systems
Work with APIs and develop integrations between systems using no-code/low-code tools or custom scripts
Gather requirements, support testing, and help develop training materials
Configure and deploy software across workstations, tablets, and other devices
Maintain system documentation and technical procedures
Support audits and compliance efforts
Manage inventory tracking for IT assets
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of IT environments (networking fundamentals, hardware, user support)
Experience or strong interest in working with APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with no-code/low-code integration tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar)
Comfort working in or learning open-source ERP systems
Strong self-starter mentality—you'll have room to shape this role and take ownership of projects
Ability to work independently, identify problems, and propose solutions without heavy direction
Solid documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Some coding/scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is a plus but not required
