Responsibilities
Take over executional PM tasks—including action trackers, schedule management, and reporting—to allow technical leadership to focus on critical decision-making
Maintain integrated timelines, risk registers, and decision trackers across fill/finish, packaging, and supply chain workstreams
Act as a "second set of eyes," ensuring clear visibility of risks and status across cross-functional forums
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing (cGMP preferred)
Highly proficient or a rapid learner of Smartsheet
Ability to work East Coast hours and be reliably available through 3 PM ET
