In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and maximizing incentive reimbursements while providing hands-on support to providers and clinical staff.

Program Coordination: Assist in the execution of Quality Incentive Program requirements and reimbursement strategies
Provider Support: Work directly with healthcare providers to track performance thresholds and ensure care coordination meets all QI criteria
Patient Outcomes: Participate in team-based initiatives to impact patient population health and achieve specific care plan goals
Data Oversight: Maintain accurate documentation to help the facility reach maximum incentive potential
Qualification
Required
Prior healthcare experience OR a degree in a related field (Health Administration, Medical Assisting, etc.)
Proficiency in Medical Terminology is required
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
