Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience in retail eCommerce, marketplace operations, or channel management
Deep working knowledge of Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) and major retail partner ecosystems (Target, Babylist, Walmart, etc.)
Experience owning channel performance, forecasting, promotions, and/or revenue planning
Strong understanding of retail margins, allowances, deductions, returns, and unit economics
Proven ability to manage external partners and agencies and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets experience; familiarity with forecasting or analytics tools a plus
Clear communicator with strong judgment, executive presence, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Highly organized, pragmatic, and comfortable making tradeoffs in a resource-lean environment
