Responsibilities
Create performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements
Run load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Locust
Analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks, such as slow response times or high resource usage, and generate reports
Work with developers, QA, and DevOps to troubleshoot issues and recommend optimization improvements
Monitor infrastructure metrics (CPU, Memory, DB queries) during tests
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience required
Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, K6)
Experience with scripting languages like Shell, Python, or JavaScript
Knowledge of web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, microservices)
Familiarity with tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or Splunk
Strong ability to analyze data, interpret logs, and identify root causes of performance issues
