Responsibilities
Coordinate calendars, travel, logistics, and daily updates while ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and decision readiness during periods of high demand
Manage financial operations, including expenses, invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking, policy compliance, approvals, and reconciliation
Support executive and leadership forums through preparing and packaging materials, tracking decisions and deliverables, and managing logistics and documentation
Collect, format, proofread, and archive materials to support document preparation and filing
Maintain operational cadence and follow-through by coordinating agendas, communications, action items, and reporting
Complete additional special projects and tasks as required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of senior administrative or operations support experience are required
Manage a high-volume workload while effectively prioritizing and creatively problem-solving
Self-starter able to manage various projects without supervision
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur with a technological savviness
Preferred
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus!
