Responsibilities
Create education and commentary videos about financial markets, investing, and trading, taking content from initial concept to completion, including topic and audience research, writing, identifying effective visuals, filming (partnering with production staff as needed), and securing SME and compliance approvals
Appear on camera or work behind the scenes collaborating with other production staff and subject matter experts
Experiment with video formats, evaluating and improving content based on analytics and feedback from the audience, leaders, and subject matter experts
Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience; degree in Creative Writing, English, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Demonstrated experience creating engaging video content, especially short-form vertical video required, ideally 4 years of experience
Deep familiarity with video platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels required
Demonstrated superior writing skills—the ability to write clear, concise, creative prose for a variety of formats and voices
Authentic, engaging on-camera presence
Ability to translate complex subjects into creative, engaging, useful content
High creativity, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven decision-making skills and an understanding of how to use analytics to identify content opportunities and evaluate performance
Avid consumption of a wide variety of traditional and emerging media and content
Eagerness for feedback and a strong desire to develop skills
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship
