Accounts Receivable Agent

The Accounts Receivable Agent will execute Business to Business Collections activities for Hyatt's Shared Service Center, providing support to hotel properties and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide AR support to hotel properties
Each Agent will support an average of 4-6 hotels, depending on size
Regularly contact customers, primarily via phone and e-mail regarding their open invoices with the hotel
Provide duplicate invoice copies as needed
Resolve customer billing disputes and/or escalate to supervisor/hotel as needed
Some research and reconciliation may be needed
Provide a high level of customer service to both our external and internal customers
Promptly respond to all inquiries
Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs
Monday-Friday working and 8 hours, plus an hour off for lunch, somewhere between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, with weekend work on rare occasions
Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected
Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years customer service, administrative or accounting experience
Above-average written and oral communications skills
Microsoft Office Suite Experience
To work remotely, you must be able to adhere to our IT requirements, including, but not limited to the following: High Speed Internet service required. Broadband technologies allowed are DSL, Cable, and Fiber-Optic. All other ISP (Internet Service Provider) technologies are not allowed, including cellular based services. Colleagues will be required to provide Hyatt with adequate certification of service from provider (upon request)
Preferred
Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus: Hospitality, Accounting, Commercial Oil & Gas
