Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our detailing services
Thoroughly dry cars to eliminate water spots and achieve a polished finish
Vacuum and clean the interior of vehicles to remove debris and maintain a tidy appearance
Clean all windows, inside and out, ensuring a streak-free finish
Ensure wheels are clean and tires are polished to enhance the overall look of the vehicle
Skillfully operate a dual-action (DA) polisher and high-speed buffer or polisher to enhance the vehicle's exterior
Use clay bars on vehicles to remove surface contaminants and create a smooth finish
Employ scrubbing and shampooing materials for deep cleaning of upholstery and carpets
Complete all detailing tasks efficiently and within set timeframes to meet customer expectations and maintain workflow
Work closely with a partner to ensure all detailing tasks are completed effectively, fostering a supportive and cooperative team environment
Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of service and cleanliness in all vehicles
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times
Qualification

Commitment to enforcing safety protocols
Proven reliability and dependability to cover shifts as needed
Preferred
Experience with car detailing machinery, including DA polishers, high-speed buffers, and clay bars is preferred
