Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide information governance in a complex health system
Drive digital transformation and legislative compliance at scale
Influence executive decision-making and organisational culture
Manage and transform corporate records and information governance, building compliant, digital-first systems across a major health district
Lead and manage the Corporate Records Unit and Policy & Procedures function
Develop and deliver enterprise records and information management strategies
Ensure compliance with privacy, records, health and information legislation
Drive the transition from paper-based to digital information systems
Provide expert advice to executives and stakeholders on information risk, governance and compliance
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust
Ability to lead a team to deliver business objectives and work cohesively with varied parts of the organisation
Demonstrated experience in managing a Corporate Records Unit, or equivalent organisational corporate support function
High level knowledge of legislative and governance requirements and policies related to management of health information
Experience in preparing submissions and reports on complex issues with clearly defined recommendations/expected outcomes
