Responsibilities
Assist in the procurement process
Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements
Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar procurement role
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
Proficiency in using purchasing software
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in purchase order processing
Ability to tasks and mange multiple procurement projects
