Responsibilities
Process all lead and sales results -
Process and accurate entry of production
Prepare Daily Activity Report, Quality Control/Review of all Sales
Prepare new job folders for all new sales
Manage various sites, reports, logs and spreadsheets
Prepare measure and install packets
Process cancellations, change orders, log books
Compliance of all Permits, Inspections
Process all payment transactions
Customer Service- Scheduling of Customer Install Appointments/Large Services
General Administrative Support of Branch Office personnel/management
Must be able to maintain Administrative KPI’s
Interest and ability to travel to remote locations not required but preferred
Qualification
Required
Superior communication and organization skills
Ability to serve others with a positive attitude
Must be able to travel for training
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a Valid Drivers License
