Property Accountant - Hybrid
LHH is a growing, well-established real estate company, and they are seeking a Property Accountant to oversee accounting functions for multiple business units. The role involves creating budgets, preparing financial reports, and filing taxes to support the company's operations.
Responsibilities
Create monthly adjusting entries and perform bank reconciliations
Create annual budgets for assigned properties
Prepare CAM notices and enter CAM reconciliations into accounting software
File sales and use taxes as well as property taxes
Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports
Prepare open item notices and commencement notes for tenants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years of experience in property accounting
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience with MRI or similar property accounting software
